holds MSc in Higher Education and PhD in Economics. Serving currently as International Programme Lead at Arden University Berlin, she specializes in data-driven marketing and university branding. She has led various projects in curriculum development and published on nonprofit marketing, city brand equity, and the strategic positioning of universities.

Dr. Shahnaz Hamid
The Dean at the London School of Business and Finance, overseeing academic operations and driving institutional excellence. She recently received a prestigious jury award from COAE Global Awards for her contributions to education.
With expertise in areas such as HRM, Strategic Management, Learning Strategies, IT Management and Sustainability, Dr. Hamid has held faculty positions at renowned institutions globally. She has taught at undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels, engaging diverse learners effectively.

Dr. Eleni Lamprou
A Senior Lecturer at the London School of Business & Finance. She has previously held positions at the London School of Economics and Political Science, Lancaster University, and Laureate Online Education. She has teaching and research interests in the Future of Work and Learning, Human Resources Management, Organisational Change, Leadership, and Information Technology Management. Her work has been published in international refereed journals, such as Organization Studies and Leadership.

Prof. Dr. Renata Thiébaut
A professor at Gisma University of Applied Sciences. She is an advisor to the United Nations, European Union, and several governments to promote AI ethics and digital transformation

Dr. Gillian Stacey
Dr Gillian Stacey has had a career in education spanning over 20 years. Currently, she is a Programme Team Leader and Senior Lecturer in the Centre of Academic Persistence at Arden University. Previously, she was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Greenwich where she studied for her PhD. Before working in Higher Education, she was an English Lecturer in several Further Education institutions and an English teacher in secondary schools in Southeast London, choosing to work in schools with widening participation initiatives to support all learners with their education. Gillian has held a series of leadership roles including initial teacher training coordinator and as an advanced practitioner, developing a series of strategic frameworks and policy for coaching teams to promote positive and consistent changes involving teaching and learning.

Dr. Sabina Kohlmann
Dr. Sabina Kohlmann is a Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI) in Berlin, Germany. Dr. Kohlmann earned the title of Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia), Faculty of Social Sciences, in 2023 in marketing communication, more specifically, in rebranding capital cities. In 2024, she successfully completed executive education on the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in strategy growth from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, ranking among the top business schools in the United States. Her career includes corporate experience, such as serving as Head of Corporate Communication at Zagrebacki Holding d.o.o. (Zagreb, Croatia), one of the largest corporations in Croatia that provides public services to the citizens of the capital city.

Prof. Dr. Eman AbuKhousa
Professor for Information Technology & Communication at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences in Dubai (UE Dubai)
Prof. Dr. Eman AbuKhousa is a data science specialist with expertise in data-driven decision-making and digital transformation. She holds a PhD in Information Technology, focusing on Enterprise Systems and Big Data analytics, and has advanced her knowledge through professional certifications in applied data science and GenAI. Dr. AbuKhousa advises on analytics-driven solutions across the health, education, and business sectors, focusing on strategic and operational outcomes. As an educator, she combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on industry experience to prepare learners for global challenges.

Dr. Mohammad Ghorbani
Dr. Mohammad Ghorbani is a highly accomplished professional in logistics and supply chain management, holding a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering with a focus on logistics and supply chain management. With over 10 years of industry experience in auto manufacturing, oil and gas, and drilling sectors, Mohammad has honed his expertise in optimising logistics processes and enhancing supply chain efficiency. In 2018, he transitioned to academia, working as a researcher and lecturer at prestigious institutions including Kühne Logistics University, SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences, and SRH Hamburg University.
In May 2022, Mohammad joined Arden University as an associate lecturer. In August 2022, he officially became a full-time lecturer at Arden. Mohammad teaches a variety of modules such as Introduction to Supply Chain Management, Principles of Procurement, Managing Digital Supply Chains, and more. His fields of interest in teaching and research are maritime logistics, sustainability in supply chain via innovative solutions, and improving supply chain performance via collaboration.
